Biography
James Clark, 53, is the incumbent Mayor of Justin running for reelection. He has lived in Justin for 15 years and works in sales and automation. Clark holds degrees from John Brown University, Oklahoma Baptist University, and the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. His prior public service includes serving as president of the Hardeman Estates HOA, member of the Economic Development Committee (EDC Type A Board), member of the Justin City Council, current Mayor, and Denton County Precinct Chair for Justin. He says he is committed to guiding Justin's rapid growth with steady, responsible leadership while protecting the city's small-town character.
